EXPERIENCE: Campus to corporate workshops run in 2010:

  1. 3 workshops for 3 batches of new joinees for ITC Infotech from April to June 2010 (each workshop was 5 days, with one day of outdoor activity)
  2. All the new 375 joinees to IIM-B’s MBA program this year handled in 3 outdoor workshops
  3. All the 130 new joinees of the Welcome Group School of Hotel Adminstration handled in 2 workshops of 2 days each at Manipal
  4. All the 600 new joinees of Jain group Management institute (SBMJC-CMS ) handled in 7 workshops

We have run Campus to Corporate workshops in previous years for

  1. Ness Technologies
  2. Hewlett Packard
  3. Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC)

"We have been using RMG workshops for our campus to corporate inductions. The broad objectives behind this intervention are:

  • Bring people together in a team situation to think, act, experiment and understand problem solving (members could be homogenous / heterogeneous)
  • Provide an interesting platform to learn as stated at 1.
  • By design, seek involvement of all in the group.

Though it would not be very easy to say whether any behavioral change happens only because of an intervention like this but definitely RMG’s program (around 25 batches conducted so far for us) have evoked very positive and encouraging response. It also has novelty in theme. Hence, the impact on a person’s mind of having gone through the experience of this intervention is definitely long lasting. It also stirs up a person’s thought process. Involvement of facilitators is very deep and they adopt a partnership approach in meeting expectations."
